1) To give recognition, publicity and reward to deserving REALTORS® for effort, time and talent expanded in the interest of their fellow Realtors, their profession, and their community; 2) To foster a spirit of competition among REALTORS® who are in a position to contribute fresh thinking and productive effort to undertakings of our REALTOR® organization; and, 3) To encourage participation of all members and NOT necessarily to honor someone who has had his share of the spotlight.
