Please follow these
instructions to assure a simple and accurate registration process. Online
registration opens August 1. Early bird registration ends October 15.
At the bottom of this page, follow the prompt "register for this event" and proceed page-by-page, supplying all requested
information, to the checkout, at which point you may pay by credit card, or
select “bill me” and create an invoice.
On the second page, you are
asked to provide badge information. Please use the “Special Instructions” to
note special dietary or other needs. Select your region from the drop down
menu, remembering that NOA and NATS regions are the same.
THE LUNCHEON, THE
CABARET AND THE BANQUET ARE TICKETED SESSIONS. RESERVATIONS ARE MANDATORY EVEN IF THEY ARE
INCLUDED IN YOUR REGISTRATION CHOICE! As you proceed through the registration
process, you will be given the option to select the sessions you want. If you fail to reserve a ticket, you will not be able to eat. YOU MUST
CHECK THE BOX ON THE LEFT and, if there are price options, be sure the correct button is darkened. Some daily registration options do not include the meals so an additional fee is required if the meals are desired.
INDIVIDUAL REGISTRATIONS: Simply choose the appropriate
registration fee, and proceed.
If you are a current active
member and wish to pay your 2014 dues with your registration, please go back to
shopping and add membership to your cart.
If you are not a member, or
your membership is inactive, you will be offered non-member rates, which
includes membership for 2014.
Daily registrants will find
various packages for multiple days. Please pay attention to the “AND/OR”
prompts. If your choice includes Friday OR Saturday, please indicate which in
the special instructions. Luncheon is included for Thursday registrants, but must be reserved by selecting the check box on the left of the session. Friday, Saturday and Student daily rates DO NOT include ticketed sessions, but they can be purchased
and spouses will register as guests of the full registrant and have two
registration options. Please select the appropriate one for your circumstances. First, select your registration rate and your own session selections, then select add guest when prompted. You will add your partner/spouse registration option and sessions once you select to register a guest.
who plan to be full convention participants should register choosing the “partner/spouse”
rate. Ticketed sessions are included in this rate. When reserving the session, check the box on the left to reserve the session and select
the $0.00 option button to the right to incur the correct charge, and proceed to complete the registration.
your partner/spouse does not wish to attend general sessions and only wishes to
participate in ticketed sessions, select “partner/spouse meals only”
($0.00) registration option. After supplying badge information, select desired ticketed
event(s) by checking the box on the left and select the guest fee button for that event. You will be billed for only the items you select. Please note that if you plan to purchase all three ticketed sessions, you should use the 1st option to save $35.00.
Partners and spouses can also
register individually using the “partner/spouse” rate. In this case, indicate
in the special instructions the name of the full registrant associated with the
registration. This will be a useful option if a partner/spouse decides to join
after the other person has already registered.
Registrants who are bringing students and paying
for them in a single transaction may register the students as guests.
Please start your registration, and when asked about guests, select the number
up to 10, from the drop down menu. You will be asked to provide badge
information for each student. Please be sure to include the school affiliation
and in “special instructions,” any dietary needs. On the next page, select the student rate for
each student. (You may use the daily rate if appropriate or necessary for a
particular student, but remember that no meals are included.) When presented with the ticketed sessions, you must check
the session on the left, and then select the “student registrant” button to
enter $0.00 for the event. Once all students are registered, proceed to check
If students are paying
separately, please have them register individually.
If student registrants must
be billed separately from the sponsoring faculty, the faculty member should
register individually. A second registration may be completed as above, except
the first student will be the main registrant and the other students will be
the guests. This strategy will also work if a faculty member is bringing more
than 10 students.
We must ask that faculty/staff collaborative pianists register as full participants, or by using one of the daily options.
Student accompanists are, of course, students.
Please make every effort to
complete GROUP registrations prior to December 20, 2013.
