NRRDA offers a variety of member benefits. Each committee is dedicated to providing information, communication and networking opportunities.
- Annual Conference Committee
Assist in the organization and planning for NRRDA's Annual Conference.
- Education Committee
The Education Committee is tasked with creating additional educational opportunities for the association.
- Employment Practices Committee
The role of the Employment Practices Committee is to bring knowledge to the NRRDA members of the trends, hot topics, and significant cases in the area of employment practices via the following avenues: E-Blasts, Posts on NRRDA's LinkedIn Page, Speaker topics at the Annual Conference.
- Industry Only Committee
The Industry Only Committee will consist exclusively of Industry members of NRRDA for the express purpose of sharing best practices in defending the industry against litigation in a collegiate and professional environment.
- Lighthouse Seminar Committee
The committee is charged with developing the in-depth, one-day educational program that earns at least six continuing education credits and soliciting sponsorships and vendor exhibitors.
- Marketing/Association Outreach Committee
The Marketing/Association Outreach Committee will develop plans and programs to increase NRRDA membership, concentrating on increasing industry representation. Additionally, the Committee will work to network with organizations to secure new membership and industry relations.
- Member Communications Committee
The Member Communication Committee shall oversee the editorial content and production of the NRRDA membership e-newsletter, review article submissions for the website and communicate information from NRRDA via e-list service and LinkedIn.
- Membership Committee
The membership committee will focus attention on three key areas: the retention of existing members, the review of attorney applicants, and the recruitment of new members.
- Scholarship/Sponsorship Committee
The Scholarship/Sponsorship Committee shall manage the annual recruitment of sponsors for the organization with the goal to provide Industry Members scholarships to attend the Annual Conference. Additionally, the Committee will work with the Annual Conference Committee to solicit sponsors for the conference. Sponsorship goals will be designated by the Board of Directors.
- Workers' Compensation Committee
The Workers' Compensation Committee will manage providing resources and education to members and increase the workers' compensation footprint (presence) for conferences, webinars, and other association activities.
