Event Description

The Downstate Regional Family Medicine Conference offers a choice of 2 SAM workshops (Hospital Medicine or Diabetes) and afternoon clinical lectures. The conference is worth approximately 16 CME credits (after completing the SAM's) with the possibility of obtaining a total of approximately 18 CME credits by applying for t2p (translation to practice).
The 3rd morning track offers procedural, hand-on workshops, especially suited for students.

STUDENTS AND RESIDENTS
Email Kelly@nysafp.org indicating your interest in the conference and if you plan to attend a SAM workshop (which one) or the procedure workshop. Kelly will work with local AFP county chapters and Hofstra North Shore - LIJ for student and resident scholarships.
