By registering for any part of the OTAC Annual Conference, I agree to the Conference Attendee Agreement/Disclaimer on page 17 of the Official Conference Registration Brochure . To view the Agreement/Disclaimer, click here.
Refund Policy: A refund, less $75 administrative fee ($45 for students) will be issued if written notice of cancelation is received by the OTAC Office postmarked on or before October 5, 2020. No refunds after that date. Refunds will not be processed until after conference.

Regular registration starts on Oct 02, 2020 and ends on Oct 29, 2020.
Late registration starts on Oct 30, 2020.
