Tired of hearing about the ACA? The real teeth in the law are now emerging so it’s become critical to understand it.  The micro focus on the ACA has lulled employers into a false sense of security relative to the other regulations that continue to develop, such as Hi-Tech, HIPAA, and ERISA.

It seems that when the ACA delayed the Cadillac Tax implementation employers breathed a sigh of relief and took their eyes off the ball – not advisable. It is delayed, not eliminated, and so careful planning is still important. Other regulations continue to evolve such as the ERISA requirement to wrap documents – something most employers have not been advised on or are simply not complying.

Join a panel of experts as they discuss vital issues for your organization to address the complexities of ACA, Hi-Tech, HIPAA and ERISA.  Take the opportunity to get your questions answered from key representatives knowledgeable in Insurance, Accounting and the Law:

Colin Smoak, Principal, McLaughlin & Smoak
Diedri Garrett, Human Resources Consultant, Webster Rogers
Andrea Brisbin, Shareholder, Haynsworth Sinkler Boyd

The CFO Forum provides valuable information from experts experienced in working with manufacturers and facilitates opportunities to meet and network with your industry colleagues in a Boardroom environment.  CFO’s, Financial Managers, Controllers and those involved in the financial decisions of your organization are invited to participate: learn from experts, discuss current financial issues, and share best practices with your colleagues.
