Personnel Board Committee

Committee Description

The Personnel Committee is charged to:

  • review the development of personnel policies for SEFLIN staff;
  • annually review the performance of the Executive Director and report to the Board;
  • address any special personnel concerns referred to the Committee;
  • review reports from SEFLIN staff regarding the gross misconduct of the Executive Director.
