Learn about the different styles of houses for each era, how they impacted the landscape of Seattle, and of course what to look for when you tour them.

All of this with a bit of humor and tons of pictures from 10 years of inspections.
Instructor Bio:
Bob Gross is the Market Director for B.P.G. Inspections in the Seattle metro area. He has completed over 2700 inspections.
