Morning Session - Investment Analysis for Commercial Real Estate
This module will teach you the simple and effective tools you need to analyze and commercial real estate investment so you can price, negotiate, and work with investors (HP10BII financial calculator or phone app required).
Afternoon session - How to Lease Commercial Real Estate
If you’re going to work in commercial real estate you must understand leasing. We’ll cover the lease process from beginning to end, how to find clients, how to get paid, the jargon of leasing and using the Letter of Intent.
