Course Description:

Selling real estate has been called “the most dangerous white-collar career” in North America.  Why?  Because real estate professionals often work alone, and typically meet unknown people in vacant properties --- a recipe for peril.  To minimize the inherent risks, real estate brokers share their showing itinerary with colleagues, meet new clients in their offices, collect driver’s license information, and conduct a host of other procedures to create layers of security for their safety.

But what happens if all those layers fail?  What do your do when your best laid plans have gone awry and you find yourself in a fight for your life?

In this class students will learn to understand violence and the predator mentality; develop situational awareness.  Students will learn to evaluate various scenarios and a host of additional invaluable information.
