Have you ever found yourself saying this?

Or used the word “Mold” without a test completed?

Have you ever wondered how to protect yourself when a Seller chooses not to disclose on the form 17?

Do you know the liability you take on when a Seller offers a pre-inspection to a buyer instead of allowing the buyer to get one?

And do you really know what you are supposed to do when a Buyer broker gives you the inspection as a listing broker?

Or that the Buyer broker could be in violation for giving it!!!!
