THE CERTIFIED REAL ESTATE ANALYST CERTIFICATION
Does it Pencil training is the required course to receive the Certified Real Estate AnalystTM (CREA) certification. After attending the live training all you need to do is take the online national standards exam. There are no fees and no dues. It’s all included in the course tuition.
HOW DOES IT PENCIL WORKS
There are three parts to Does it Pencil Training.
1. After you register, we will send you a confirmation letter with a link to a private page on the Does it Pencil website. You will need to get an HP 10BII calculator (or app), download a short workbook and watch 4 videos. These will teach you the keystrokes we will use in the webinar training.
2. The webinar is designed to teach deal analysis. It’s fast paced, and information packed. So PLEASE watch the videos and get your app BEFORE you come so you are acquainted with your calculator.
3. At the course you will be given access to the Alumni Center. This includes all of the lectures on video, a set of practice problems with video-based solutions, and all of the lectures on downloadable MP3. You will also receive access to the Certified Real Estate Analyst certification.

Students will need a device with two-way video and audio capabilities and a (free) Zoom account. To verify attendance, students must keep their camera on for the duration of the course and respond to live polls. Clock hour credit will only be given to students with their camera on, who are present and visible on their camera during the course, and who participate in course polls/chat.
