TREC was formed by the SEATTLE KingCounty REALTORS® to protect and enhance the quality of life in our communities. TREC works to promote responsible environmental stewardship by REALTORS® and homeowners and to support projects and policies that preserve a healthy, natural habitat.
Real estate professionals are well positioned to raise new homeowner awareness of local and regional environmental and sustainability issues. REALTORS® are leading the way in the promotion of sustainable environmental policies that will protect and enhance the quality of life in Washington’s communities.
Each year TREC seeks out restoration projects from local municipalities. In recent years TREC has worked in the city’s of Bellevue, Kirkland, Seattle and unincorporated King County on wetland and habitat restoration projects. If you have a project in mind contact Director David Crowell at dcrowell@nwrealtor.com or call (425) 974-1011.
TREC projects are sponsored by the SKCR Affiliate council. Support the businesses who support your Association.
