CYA in a Changing Market!
(Competency Yields Advantage)

As our market continues to change and shift, many of us have realized that some of the habits and practices we fell into could create liability if we don’t change to keep up! Working in a market where one offer may be multiple offer and the next a short sale, requires us to modify how we prepare, present, and advise our buyers and sellers through transactions.

This course will build a higher level of competence in understanding our duties and diligences through the contract process to ensure our clients, and therefore we, are doing what we can to avoid future liabilities and for us to stand sure that we are acting within the Ethical standards we’ve subscribed to abide by.

Skills you’ll build on in this class:

  • Avoiding contract fall out
  • Understanding the reasoning behind WHY we should be running comps on every listing / offer
  • Establishing due diligences that have been overlooked for the past few years (inspection, survey, appraisal, etc.)
  • Improved communication with clients for a higher level of informed
