This course will teach you the simple, effective and correct methods to analyze real estate as an investment. Tuition includes a $60 financial calculator, over $100 worth of software templates, a video library for after course follow up and the Certified Real Estate Analyst (CREA) certification.

Instructor - Joe Still
Joe is a master course developer, trainer, and author. Since 1987 he has taught over 10,000 real estate professionals and investors how to analyze property as an investment. He currently works as a commercial broker specializing in national tenant investment sales. Joe’s courses are entirely “skill based” teaching professionals what to do, why to do it and how to do it.
Joe is a recipient of the Washington State Association of Realtors Instructor of the Year Award, The Seattle King County Educator of the Year Award, and has been a featured speaker at 5 national conventions of the National Association of REALTORS®.
