Date: Monday, March 20th – 9:00am - 4:30pm and Tuesday, March 21st – 9:00am - 2:00pm
(Must attend both days for clock hours)
The first day will be 9am – 4:30pm. The second day – students will meet at a new home site and then meet back at the classroom.
Blueprint for Successfully Selling New Homes
This class is a must for brokers focused on new home sales. Many of the principles apply to resale however the course is targeted to the new home sales agent.
Students will:
- Learn the traits of successful sales broker and the sales process.
- Learn how to study and create area & builder overview, as well and construction elements and design trends.
- Discuss and practice negotiation & closing techniques.
- Learn key must-know information on financing and valuation, marketing, and outreach strategies.
- Review and practice closing, orientation, and customer service approaches.
- Visit a new home model on-site and define how to tour a new home.
