Join your SOCAP Tennessee colleagues and other customer care professionals for an afternoon educational session, web support contact center tour and social networking Happy Hour in Nashville on Thursday March 8th!
Featured speaker, Lisa Menck-Shock, Executive Director at iostudio, will recap the topics she presented during her breakout session at the 2011 SOCAP Annual Conference in Orlando, on Social Media Channel Integration. Lisa's discussion will cover the following topics:
- How to turn social media visits into website visits
- How to empower customers by offering choices in their comfort zone
- How focusing on engagement will save your company money
- How to use a strong fan base and high engagement to reduce workload

Lisa's company iostudio is an award-winning media, marketing, web design and full-service advertising agency in Nashville.
In addition to Lisa's presentation and follow-up group discussion, attendees will be treated to a tour of the National Guard Web Support Team's Center. Light snacks and refreshments will be served.
A Happy Hour social networking activity will take place immediately after the tour. Free Hors d'oeuvres will be provided during the Happy Hour event courtesy of Parallax Technologies. Registrants are encouraged to participate in this social activity but it is not part of the formal event program.
This event is $20 for SOCAP members and $30 for non-members.
