FDA Presentation: You will hear from Janet McDonald, PhD who is the Senior Public Affairs Specialist with the San Francisco District of the U.S. Food and Drug Administration. In her capacity as a Public Affairs Specialist, she serves as the first line of communication between FDA and the general public, including the media. Her principle responsibility is public education in all matters pertaining to FDA.

Round Table Discussions: This powerful presentation will be followed by round table discussions moderated by Clorox. We will talk about high-risk response management; how are companies responding to consumer inquiries related to legal, regulatory, and brand protection. We will do a deep dive into what systems or processes are being used to help facilitate the management and flow of information.
