It’s a holiday year to finally celebrate together and the SOCAP Northeast Region is inviting you to an in-person gathering at American Dream Mall on Friday, Dec 17, 2021. Network with fellow SOCAP members in the region as we learn about AI, NPS, CSAT and channel support from Linda Amatucci at Talkdesk before enjoying a round of Angry Birds mini golf and more. Help SOCAP “Sock It to Homelessness” by bringing one or more pair of socks to donate to this local charity and be entered in a raffle for gift baskets donated by our loyal members from Campbell’s, Hershey’s and Premiere Response. Virtual attendees can join us for the presentation & voting for the 2022 Northeast Board members and become eligible for a raffle item donated by Quantanite.
