Event Description

Managing stress and well-being

Working in the field of public service has become increasingly stressful. Public servants are expected to perform better with fewer resources while dealing with more demanding citizens. Therefore, it is no surprise that public servants report high levels of stress and burnout.

This online workshop provides public service professionals with the knowledge and tools to improve their well-being. Participants will learn how to better deal with stressors, promote a positive work environment, and create conditions to flourish at home and work. The workshop is highly interactive. Breakout rooms will allow participants to brainstorm on the topics discussed.

The training includes a Well-being Workbook (.pdf) to use during and after the session. This course offers 6 CPEs.
