Payment must be received on or before September 27, 2016. Unpaid registrants as of September 28, 2016 will not be included in registration and meal counts until payment is received.

Cancellation Policy: if received in writing before October 5, 2016, VRPS will refund your registration fee less a $50 administrative charge. Cancellations not received in writing by the date required will not be eligible for a refund. Substitutions are accepted.
