Maintain control of even the most difficult conversations in business, family and personal situations by understanding the fundamentals of personality profiling, positioning and gender based reactions. Most of us have experienced training in each of these categories, but understanding how they work together is the key to being the most effective communicator under less than ideal circumstances. There is a litany of common mistakes made during professional interactions and simply avoiding these can vastly improve the clarity of your message, your position and the impact you have on others.

Ken Champagne is the national director of sales training for Vantiv. Having lead large organizations as a general manager as well as holding sales strategy, development, and training roles for Western Union, Iron Mountain and Enterprise, he is an expert in personality profiling and certified in DiSC & Emergenetics. He is a pioneer in the application of these tools in sales effectiveness.
