This hands-on workshop will give newer PD professionals the fundamental skills and knowledge they need to keep pace with the daily demands of their PD roles. Participants in this pre-conference workshop will get valuable insights into the responsibilities of PD professionals, as well as helpful forms, templates, and resource lists. Topics to be covered include associate orientation and integration, training, MCLE compliance, core competencies, benchmarks, evaluations, and mentoring programs. Participants will also have the opportunity to discuss current projects, successes, and challenges.
