Event Sponsorships

Welcome Reception - $12,000 (exclusive)

Kick of the 2018 AED Summit as the host for the welcome reception on Tuesday, January 16th Event will take place in the Mirage Casino in the Center Bar.  Located steps away from the iconic Mirage atrium, the Center Bar truly is the center of it all. An open atmosphere allows guests to experience the energy of The Mirage. Sip on handcrafted cocktails specifically created by Mixologist Liz Pearce, recently named best new Mixologist by Food and Wine Magazine.

Summit Celebration Reception - $20,000 (exclusive)

Celebrate Summit after the first full day with an open bar reception to be held on the CONDEX hall floor on Wednesday, January 17th. Sponsor will have their name in lights throughout the CONDEX hall as well as be recognized in the Summit program and general sessions.

Closing Dessert Reception - $12,000 (exclusive)

Close out Summit after the dinner with keynote speaker Carly Fiorina on Thursday, January 18th.  The closing reception will take place in the events center rotunda and will feature open bar, coffee, and desserts.  Sponsor will be recognized in signage and logos throughout the rotunda area.

Summit Breakfast -- $2,500 (limit 2)

Sponsor the breakfast buffet for Summit attendees on either Wednesday, January 17th or Thursday, January 18th   Buffet will be served outside the general session room before the start of each general session.  Sponsor will be provided signage at the event.

Summit Lunch - $2,500 (limit 2)

Sponsor the lunch buffet for Summit attendees on either Wednesday, January 17th or Thursday, January 18th   Buffet will be served in the CONDEX hall both days.  Sponsor will be provided signage at the event.

President’s VIP Reception - $5,000 (exclusive)

Join AED executive management this invitation only event hosted in a private Mirage Hotel Villa with key executives from AED dealers.  It’s your time for exclusive access and exclusive VIP treatment for you and your potential clients.

Head Shot Studio - $5,000 (exclusive)

Official Sponsor for professional headshot services to be offered on Thursday, January 18th before and after the Thursday dinner for AED Summit attendees to have a professional photo taken with digital copy sent to them for their own use.  Sponsor will be provided with signage at the event.

Farewell Coffee Reception - $5,000 (exclusive)

Join us as we say goodbye for another year as AED Summit attendees depart.  Farewell coffee and continental breakfast will be served in the Mirage Parlor in the center of the casino floor on Friday, January 19th.  Sponsorship will include signage in the Parlor and on coffee sleeves with the company logo.

Fun Run/Walk 5k - $2,500 (exclusive)

Run/Walk the Las Vegas Strip on Thursday morning. Runners/Walkers will receive a commemorative T-shirt and complimentary light breakfast and beverages with fellow participants.

Professional Education Sponsorships

Education Track Sessions - $3,500 (per track)

Sponsor one of the AED Summit educational tracks as a thought leader in the industry.  Sponsors will be recognized in printed material and in the conference agenda and be able to introduce each educational track speaker. Sponsors will receive the attendee list for those that attending the sessions for their sponsored track.

*NOTE: Sessions start with preconference education on Tuesday, January 16th.

Refreshment Stations - $2,500 (per day) / $5,000 (exclusive)

Keep Summit attendees in the educational sessions hydrated and caffeinated with sponsorship of the coffee and refreshments to be located outside the educational session rooms during the afternoon sessions. Signage by the refreshment stations will be provided for the sponsor.

CONDEX Experience Sponsorships

CONDEX Wellness Lounge - $7,500 (exclusive)

(2) Professional Therapists provide an upper body therapy professional chairs in a private booth in the CONDEX hall.  They relax the classic tension areas of the feet, neck, back, shoulders and arms and help attendees feel more welcome, appreciated, refreshed, alert and energized. All necessary equipment, supplies and personnel included.

Sponsor can provide logo’d golf shirts or sponsor’s signature clothing for the therapists (optional). Coupons or Tickets - attendees can be required to obtain a coupon or ticket at the sponsor’s booth to receive a complimentary therapy session (generates substantial additional traffic and prospects, and verifiable ROI).

CONDEX Shoe Shine - $7,500 (exclusive)

(2) Professional Shoe Shiners will add traffic to your booth with professional shoe shine services.  Includes an additional 10x10 adjacent booth (if desired) for shine station. May require booth relocation if no adjacent booths are available. 

Alternate option would locate shine station elsewhere in the CONDEX hall and require coupons or tickets to be obtained in the sponsors booth. 

Includes 2 stations, unlimited shines, and gratuity for staff for both days and all hours of CONDEX.

CONDEX Artisan Espresso Services

Give CONDEX attendees handcrafted, luxurious, fresh roasted coffee espressos, macchiatos, cappuccinos, & lattes.  Includes a barista station located on the CONDEX floor for up to 4 hrs. Logo’d cups / sleeves are included.

Coffee served by the gallon at self-serve stations in the CONDEX hall.  Limited to 10 gallons per day with 8 oz cups.  No logo’d sleeves or cups but signage will be provided at the self-serve station for the sponsor

Advertising Sponsorships

Attendee Bags - $7,500 (exclusive)

Custom bag with company logo distributed to every attendee during registration.  AED will provide selections to the sponsor and will purchase the bags.  Cost for bags will be billed in addition to the sponsorship.

Welcome Gift - $TBD for pickup at registration / $TBD for room drop (exclusive)

Provided to each conference attendee at registration or room dropped in each attendees’ room after checking in, give them a welcome to remember.  Included in the welcome gift:

Attendee Key Cards - $6,250 (exclusive)

Keep your brand top-of-mind with custom guest room keycards for convention attendees.  Cost of key card product will be $3,750 bill in addition to sponsorship.

Pocket Schedule Guide - $5,000 (exclusive)

Sponsor the Summit Pocket Guide with complete schedule of events, booth listing, and hospitality suite listing.  Sponsors logo will be included on the back cover of the pocket guide and will be provided a full-page profile in the guide.

Conference Lanyards - $7,500 (exclusive)

Pocket lanyards for attendee name badges with company logo will be provided to all attendees at registration.  Lanyards will be purchased by AED with proof approved by sponsor.  Sponsor will be billed at cost in addition to the sponsorship.

Conference Wifi - $7,500 (exclusive)

Display static or dynamic ads on guests’ and visitor’s devices every time they access Wi-Fi. Complete with branded pages, direct sponsor links and ad performance reports. *Specific to Convention Area Only

Summit Mobile App - $7,500 (exclusive)

Sponsor the most viewed item at AED Summit with the mobile app.  Includes start up splash page, rotating banner ad, and customized logo’d icon in the menu linking to sponsor profile page or website.

Vertical Digital LCD Screen – $1,000 per screen

Make your mark by displaying branded messages on (6) six vertical LCD screens located throughout the Meetings & Conventions area.  With crisp visuals, animation possibilities and variable messaging, displaying your brand digitally maximizes exposure in a more dynamic and engaging way.  Your contact will be the only message featured on these screens during your scheduled days.

Carpet Clings - $1,000 per cling or $7,500 for all 10

Directional and promotional branding to lead attendees to a particular booth or suite within the convention area. 36” x 36” standard.  Other sizes available upon request. 10 clings available

Rotunda Kick Panels - $1,000 per panel or $7,500 for all 10

Kick panels located at two registration desks in the Rotunda area. 10 kick panels available.

Rotunda Column Wraps - $1,500 per column or $9,000 for all 8

Column Wraps located outside the entrance to CONDEX and General Session, within the registration areas.  8 columns available

Mirror Wall - $2,000 per wall or $6,500 for all 4

Spread your message, promote your products and services, remined attendees of your booth and or suite number across (4) four mirror walls that line the main walkway through the Meetings & Conventions area.  11 branded signs per wall.

In-Room TV commercial - $1,500 per day

Broadcast your custom content to all Summit attendees with a 30 second video ad on the In-Room Hotel Promotional Channel. Hotel TVs default to the Promotional Channel each time the TV is turned on.

Wi-Fi Banner Ad - $1,500 per day (limit 2)

Display your static or dynamic ads on Mirage guests’ and visitor’s devices every time they access the complimentary hotel wifi*. Complete with branded pages, direct sponsor links and ad performance reports.  *Specific to casino floor, retail, and restaurants

Summit Mobile App Rotation Banner Ad - $500 each (limit 10)

Rotating banner with company logo or message (640 pixels x 80 pixels). Links to sponsor website or app sponsor profile page when clicked

Aquarium Cling - $4,500 (exclusive)

Greet attendees as they arrive and check in to the Mirage Hotel with your company message and logo on the famous Mirage aquarium.  Display will remain in place for the duration of the AED Summit. White letters & graphic logo only.

Mirage Lobby Wall LCD Ad - $7,000 (exclusive)

Greet Summit attendees and remind them throughout their stay with a 15 to 30 second ad in rotation with normal Mirage branding loop in the Mirage lobby on the LCD monitor located in the hotel registration area.  Ad will remain in rotation for the duration of the AED Summit conference.

Mirage Las Vegas Boulevard Marquee - $10,000 (exclusive)

Greet Summit attendee as they arrive at the Mirage Hotel and remind them of your participation throughout Summit as they enjoy the sights and sounds of Las Vegas Blvd with a 15 to 30 second ad in rotation with normal Mirage branding loop ads on the marquee.  Ad will remain in rotation for the duration of the AED Summit conference.
