Clare Keating is the Vice President of Marketing at Preferred Meal Systems, Inc., a national provider of school meals in 27 states and headquartered in Berkeley, IL. Clare has been with Preferred for 8 years first as Director of current business in the US to her current role as VP of Marketing. Prior to joining Preferred Meals, Clare was a program auditor for federal meal programs at the Illinois State Board of Education and a District Manager at Arbor Management, Inc. Clare received her undergraduate degree in Food and Nutrition from Northern Illinois University and her MBA from Lewis University. She has also received the designation of School Foodservice Specialist from the School Nutrition Association and is certified in Illinois to teach the Foodservice Sanitation Manager’s Course.
