General Information

Registration - Registration includes: Admission to doctor and staff sessions; admission to Exhibit Hall, 3 continental breakfasts, and 2 box lunches, beverage breaks in Exhibit Hall, ABO / Leadership Meeting and Welcome Reception.

AAO Student Members - AAO Student members who register and attend the GLAO Business Meeting, will be reimbursed the $50 registration fee, after the meeting.

Cancellations – ALL cancellations/refund requests MUST be in writing. A full refund, less a $50 per person administrative fee, will be issued for cancellations received before September 13, 2012; a 50% refund if received between September 13 through September 27, 2012. No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after September 27th.  Refunds will be processed and sent within 30 days following the conclusion of the meeting.

Continuing Education CreditsGreat Lakes Association of Orthodontists is an ADA CERP Recognized Provider Approved by the American Association of Orthodontists.

ADA CERP is a service of the American Dental Association to assist dental professionals in identifying quality providers of continuing dental education.  ADA CERP does not approve or endorse individual courses or instructors, nor does it imply acceptance of credit hours by boards of dentistry.

Great Lakes Association of Orthodontists designates this activity for up to 14.5 hours of continuing education (CE) credits for doctors and 15 hours for staff.

Concerns or complaints about a CE provider may be directed to the provider or to ADA CERP at www.ada.org/cerp.


Name Badge – Everyone registered will receive a name badge at registration. This badge must be worn to gain admission to all GLAO events, including the Exhibit Hall.

Exhibits - Commercial exhibits will be opened from 7:30AM to 3:30PM on Friday, October 12 and Saturday, October 13 from 7:30AM to 4:00PM. Exhibitors, representing dental manufacturers, suppliers, laboratories, and related services will introduce you to the latest items available and offer substantial savings on many purchases. The financial support of the participating exhibitors makes this Annual Session possible…your patronage is greatly appreciated.

Annual Business Meetings – All GLAO members are invited to attend the Annual Member/Business Meetings Friday, October 12, 2012 from 3:30PM to 4:30PM (refreshments will be provided).

ABO Case Displays – ABO Case Displays may be viewed in the Exhibit Hall during exhibit hours.

Optional Events – Make certain to register and join us for the NCAA Event Saturday evening.

Spend an Afternoon at the Track or Visiting Indy  – Tee Times reserved for golf at the Brickyard Crossing!
