FLA Award Nominations now open

It's that time again! Nominate yourself, a colleague, or your library for an FLA Award!
The Florida Library Association honors outstanding libraries, individuals, businesses, and library supporters during its annual conference. This year, at the request of the FLA Board, the Awards Committee created rubrics for each award. While the committee will use the rubrics to decide on a winner for each award, the rubrics also provide information to nominees on exactly what the committee is looking for. Nominees are also encouraged to provide supporting documentation with their award nominations; documentation can include letters of support, newspaper articles, flyers, etc.
Visit to learn more! The deadline for submitting the online award nomination form and emailing all supporting documentation is March 13, 2017 at 11:59 p.m. Awards will be presented at the 2017 FLA Conference in Orlando
