Daniel J. Boland

Pepper Hamilton LLP

Daniel J. Boland is a partner in the Commercial Litigation Practice Group of Pepper Hamilton LLP, resident in the Philadelphia office. Mr. Boland concentrates his practice in complex commercial litigation, with a particular focus on antitrust, director and officer liability, and securities litigation. He also has experience advising clients on antitrust compliance and e-discovery issues and working with experts on complex financial and economic issues.

CONTINUING EDUCATION INFORMATION

AAA-CPA  continuing education programs are designed to meet the needs of Attorneys and CPAs and to qualify for credit both as CPE and CLE. Of course, the decisions of various state authorities determine the actual credit granted. There are no prerequisites or advance preparation requirements for this course.

Accounting CPE/Legal CLE/MCLE

The American Association of Attorney-CPAsis registered with the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy (NASBA) as a sponsor of continuing professional education on the National Registry of CPE Sponsors. State boards of accountancy have final authority on the acceptance of individual courses for CPE credit. Complaints regarding registered sponsors may be submitted to the National Registry of CPE Sponsors through its website www.learningmarket.org. These programs meet the NASBA standards of 1 (50 minute) hour of instruction.  If you require CLE in a state not mentioned, please call our national office and we will do our best to arrange for credit in your state.
