Daniel J. Boland

Pepper Hamilton LLP

Daniel J. Boland is a partner in the Commercial Litigation Practice Group of Pepper Hamilton LLP, resident in the Philadelphia office. Mr. Boland concentrates his practice in complex commercial litigation, with a particular focus on antitrust, director and officer liability, and securities litigation. He also has experience advising clients on antitrust compliance and e-discovery issues and working with experts on complex financial and economic issues.

AAA-CPA  continuing education programs are designed to meet the needs of Attorneys and CPAs and to qualify for credit both as CPE and CLE. State boards of accountancy have final authority on the acceptance of individual courses for CPE credit.
