Program Description

This topic will cover a wide array of concepts and issues that typically arise when creating or dealing with many estate planning vehicles.  The reason for using trusts, notwithstanding the new estate tax exemption "portability" laws, will be explored.  Drafting trusts to ensure that the trust assets will not be taxable in one's estate will also be covered in this lunch-time presentation.  All in all, this presentation will provide a good overview of what to keep in mind in any estate plan scenario.
