Program Description
This educational program will cover all the ABA’s current model ethical rules that are in place for most state bar associations and tested on the ABA national ethics exam. Learn how the ABA ethics work. Participants will be provided the new 2022 edition of the Primer Series MPRE Book.
Who should attend?
Those seeking to be admitted to another state bar that requires new attorney applicants complete the MPRE exam.
2L and 3L students sitting for the national MPRE exam can get a “preview” of their UBE skills. Practicing attorneys can get a current short concise coverage of their professional responsibilities for CLE credit.
Those who are in-active or on retired status and want a quick refresher on what to avoid.
Learning Objectives
An increased sensitivity to legal ethics applicable to both lawyers and judges in the United States. We cover all the current American Bar Association model rules. The index at the end of the book should be used by our members in practice to look up rules upon which they may have ethical questions.
