Speaker - E. Rhett Buck, Esq., CPA

 E. Rhett Buck, Esq., CPA, is admitted to practice law and licensed as a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Texas. He received his B.A. from the University of Texas at Austin where he was a member of the Navy ROTC and his J.D. from South Texas College of Law and was also a member of the Order of Lytae Law Honor Society. Rhett practice specializes in Federal & State Taxes, Bankruptcy, Probate and Estates. He also provides consulting on tax, personal and business issues. He is a member of the State of Texas Bar Association, Houston Bar Association, Houston Association of Debtors Attorneys, American Association of Attorney-CPAs- So. Texas Chapter, Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants and the Houston Chapter of CPAs.

 

CONTINUING EDUCATION INFORMATION

AAA-CPA continuing education programs are designed to meet the needs of Attorneys and CPAs and to qualify for credit both as CPE and CLE. Of course, the decisions of various state authorities determine the actual credit granted. There are no prerequisites or advance preparation requirements for this course.

Accounting CPE/Legal CLE/MCLE

The American Association of Attorney-CPAsis registered with the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy (NASBA) as a sponsor of continuing professional education on the National Registry of CPE Sponsors. State boards of accountancy have final authority on the acceptance of individual courses for CPE credit. Complaints regarding registered sponsors may be submitted to the National Registry of CPE Sponsors through its  website www.learningmarket.org. A brochure with full details of the program is available from the association at 888-288-9272. These programs meet the NASBA standards of 1 (50 minute) hour of instruction.  If you require CLE in a state not mentioned, please call our national office and we will do our best to arrange for credit in your state.
