Program Description & Learning Objectives
The presentation provides a summary of Texas law relating to creditor claims in estates of Decedents. The presentation will detail the process of the making of claims and defense against claims.

The goal is to give the attendee tools to bring and defend creditor claims in both independent and dependent administrations.
