 Learn how to advise practitioners of the current status of the Texas law with regard to covenants not to compete.

Ruth M. Willars of Monty & Ramirez, LLP will discuss drafting language required to create ordefeat an covenant as well a discussion of the terms that should be part of the negotiations and the ins and outs of enforcement when a breach or anticipated breach has occurred.
