Program Description

Nevada has just instituted an annual tax imposed on the Nevada gross receipts of each business engaged in business in the state.  In order to address budget short falls the Nevada Commerce Tax is predicted to bring in over $1.5 billion in new revenue to Nevada.  Are you ready? This study group will look at the tax, how it works and thoughts on how to address.

*(M)CLE varies by state. Though we are accredited for (M)CLE in Pennsylvania they will not accept Study Groups for credit. If you require (M)CLE in a specific state, please send a request to studygroups@attorney-cpa.com and we will do our best to arrange for credit.
