About the Speaker

Theodore (Ted) Laufer is a business law attorney who handles a variety of matters including structuring, financing, operating and reorganizing business entities; business sales and purchases; life insurance funded buy-sell agreements; real estate sales, purchases and leasing (industrial, commercial, residential); 1031 exchanges; liquor license transfers; investment syndication; charitable, life insurance and other irrevocable trusts; estate planning and probate; secured transactions; and trademark licensing and registration.  Ted has a bachelor's degree with honors from the University of Colorado, a master's degree from the London School of Economics and a law degree from Hastings
