REGISTRATION FEES
We hope you can join us for all or part of this event so have a variety of fees available to accommodate your schedule.  See fees below.  Please note each package includes different activities as described below and do not include hotel room: 

Full Registration Package* Includes: Welcome Dinner, Education Sessions, Electronic Course Materials, 1 Lunch, 2 Hospitalities, Breaks, Private Tour and Dinner at Mt. Vernon and Closing Dinner.  

Education Only Package* Includes: Education Sessions, Electronic Course Materials, 1 Lunch (on days attending) and Breaks.

1st Time Attendee*  -Current member/affiliate who has not attended a previous National Meeting

New Member Rate*joined one or after October 1, 2013

Spy Museum
Wednesday, November 5, 3:00pm
Opened in July 2002, The International Spy Museum is the only public museum in the United States solely dedicated to espionage and the only one in the world to provide a global perspective on an all-but-invisible profession that has shaped history and continues to have a significant impact on world events.  Featuring the largest collection of international espionage artifacts ever placed on public display, many of which are being seen by the public for the first time, the museum will engage and inform you on human intelligence reveling the role spies have played in world events throughout history.
Ticket price: $16.00 per person - limited availability; first come-first serve


Private Tour of the Newseum
Friday, November 7 at 5:00pm-6:00pm
Join us for an amazing experience inside the Newseum. Our private guided tour and will take us through the Newseum's many galleries providing behind-the-scenes information on some of the greatest news stories ever told. Seen through the lens of our First Amendment freedoms, it's the ultimate way to get up close and personal with the museum's Pulitzer Prize-winning photographs, the Berlin Wall, the Comcast 9/11 gallery and more. Each visitor on the tour receives a keepsake "Newseum Private Tour" badge and, as available, guides will take the group to areas not included on the traditional tour path like the broadcast studios and master control room. Your ticket will allow you access on Saturday, November 8 to come back and explore more on your own.
Ticket price: $85 and must be purchased by October 24, 2014


CONFERENCE DETAILS
Cancellation Policy:
Requests for cancellation refunds must be made in writing and sent to the AAA-CPA. Requests must be postmarked by October 3, 2014 for 75% refund, and by October 17, 2014 for 50% refund. No refunds will be given after October 17, 2014. Exemptions only with approval of the AAA-CPA.

Education Information:
This program will provide 16 hours of CPE and CLE/MCLE on a 50-minute hour track or 13 CLE/MCLE on a 60-minute hour track.

CPE &CLE/MCLE:
AAA-CPA continuing education programs are designed to meet the needs of attorneys and CPAs and to qualify for credit both as CPE and CLE. Of course, the decisions of various state authorities determine the actual credit granted. The AAA-CPA is a registered CLE/MCLE provider in the states of California, Florida, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Texas. State bars have final authority on the acceptance of individual courses for CPE credit. If you require CLE in a state not mentioned, please call our national office and we will do our best to arrange for credit in your state. All courses are beginner through advanced levels and there are no prerequisites or advance preparation requirements for this course.

Accounting CPE:
The AAA-CPA is registered with the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy (NASBA) as a sponsor of continuing professional education on the National Registry of CPE Sponsors. State boards of accountancy have final authority on the acceptance of individual courses for CPE credit. Complaints regarding registered sponsors may be submitted to the National Registry of CPE Sponsors through its website: www.learningmarket.org.

Conference Materials:
Attendees will receive an invitation to the conference DropBox where they can download and view materials. The AAA-CPA will provide electrical outlets for those who bring their laptops. There will be complimentary WiFi in the hotel meeting and guest rooms.  Any member who would like to receive a hard copy of the materials may do so by ordering in advance at an additional fee of $75.
