See explanation of what each package includes below. Please note registration fees are for conference only and do not include do not include accommodation.

Full Registration Package* – Includes: Opening Dinner, Education Sessions, Electronic Course Materials, 1 Lunch, 3 Hospitalities, and Memphis Tour with box lunch (does not include Pre-Conference or accommodation).
Education Only Package* – Includes: Education Sessions, Electronic Course Materials, 1 Lunch (if attending Thursday) and Breaks.

New Member Rate* – joined on or after July 1, 2019

Pre-Conference - Little Rock, AR* – Includes: Education, Dinner, Little Rock Tour and Transportation to Memphis (not included in Full Registration or Education Only packages). Does not include accommodation in Little Rock.
CONFERENCE DETAILS
Cancellation Policy: Requests for cancellation refunds must be made in writing and be mailed or emailed to the AAA-CPA. Requests must be post-marked by October 15, 2019 for full refund less a cancellation fee of $100. Substitute registrants are welcome at any time. No refunds will be given after October 15, 2019 unless approved by the Executive Committee (extenuating circumstances).
Education Information:
This program will provide 15 hours of CPE and CLE/MCLE (17 with pre-conference program) on a 50-minute hour track or 12.5 CLE/MCLE (14 with pre-conference program) on a 60-minute hour track.
CPE &CLE/MCLE:
AAA-CPA continuing education programs are designed to meet the needs of attorneys and CPAs and to qualify for credit both as CPE and CLE. Of course, the decisions of various state authorities determine the actual credit granted. The AAA-CPA is a registered CLE/MCLE provider in the states of California, Florida, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Texas. State bars have final authority on the acceptance of individual courses for CPE credit. If you require CLE in a state not mentioned, please call our national office and we will do our best to arrange for credit in your state. All courses are beginner through advanced levels and there are no prerequisites or advance preparation requirements for this course.

The American Academy of Attorney-Certified Public Accountants, Inc. (AAA-CPA) is registered with the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy (NASBA) as a sponsor of continuing professional education on the National Registry of CPE Sponsors. State boards of accountancy have final authority on the acceptance of individual courses for CPE credit. Complaints regarding registered sponsors may be submitted to the National Registry of CPE Sponsors through its website: www.nasba.org.

Attendees will receive an invitation to the conference DropBox where they can download and view materials. The AAA-CPA will provide electrical outlets for those who bring their laptops. There will be complimentary WiFi in the meeting and guest rooms. Any member who would like to receive a hard copy of the materials may do so by ordering in advance (by October 15, 2019) at an additional fee of $100.
