Photo Release:

By attending 2017 ICCH/HARC, you understand and agree your image may be captured and used by the AACH for promotional purposes.

Cancellation Policy:

Registrations will be refunded (minus a US$75 cancellation fee), if cancelled at least 30 days prior to the conference (September 8).

Cancellations after September 8th will not be refunded.

Student registration rate: Student registration is for those individuals enrolled in undergraduate or post-graduate programs, residents, fellows and post docs. Attendees registering at the student rate are required to submit proof of student, resident, fellow or post doc status (which may include a copy of a current school registration, schedule, ID, etc.) when registering. Instructions are provided when registering online.
