AAID has a new registration process for the 67th Annual Conference to ensure that you take advantage of every opportunity being offered in Dallas. Below is a detailed list of what to expect:

 

Registration—Click the "Self Registration/Register for this event" button to begin the registration process for the AAID's 67th Annual Conference.

NOTE: If you are registering your entire dental team, please call the AAID office at 312-335-1550 or email registration@aaid.com rather than using the online system.

 

Hands-on Workshops—Register for these workshops before September 5 to ensure you receive all appropriate materials and to avoid overflow issues. AAID will not be able to accept late or on-site registrations for workshops.

 

Dental Team Members—All office staff must register as attendees (not as spouse/guest) and must select a Dental Team Track for Thursday and breakout sessions on Friday. Therefore, all dental team members will need to have a unique log-in that is separate from the dentist member or dentist nonmember. If you would like to register your entire dental team, please call the office between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm Central time at 312-335-1550 or email registration@aaid.com.

 

Spouses/Guests— Spouses or guests who will be attending any main podium sessions or

visiting the exhibit hall must register for the conference. Spouses/guests can be added to a

dentist member or dentist nonmember registration and processed in the same transaction.

 

Schedule and speakers—For a detailed meeting schedule, visit the website to browse by Date, Speakers, or Track. (The dropdown is in the left-hand sidebar.)
