Frequently Asked Questions

This portal helps you stay connected with AAM events and products. Here you can renew your membership, access downloaded purchases, update your contact information, and change your account password.

 

Renew Membership Dues

To renew your dues, click on the My Transactions page and select “Open Order & Invoices” from the drop-down window, then click on Pay Open Orders.

 

Order History

To view receipts from previous purchases, click on the My Transactions page and select “Paid Receipts” from the drop-down window. A listing of orders and invoices that have been paid in full will appear.

 

Downloaded Products

Once you have completed your downloadable publication purchase, select My Downloadable Products under the My Transactions page.

 

Update Contact Information

If any of your business or contact information has changed, please be sure to update your profile under the My Information page. Please review all edits carefully. Changes made will automatically be reflected on the website.

 

Change Password

To change your account password, select change password under the My Information page.
