How do I login?
To login, select the login option on the left-hand side of your screen. Enter your primary email address and your existing AAO password. If you do not have an existing AAO password, you must use the password “Password1” to login the first time. You will be prompted to reset your password once logged in.

I forgot my password. What do I do?
Select the login option on the left-hand side of your screen. When you select the "Forgot Password" option, you will be prompted to enter the email address with which you registered. The system will email you a link to create a new password.

How do I change my password?
Select the “My Information” option on the left-hand side of your screen after you have logged in. To change your current password, select the “change password” tab at the top of the screen. You will be required to enter both your current password and your new password. Once complete, select the “change” at the bottom of the screen.

How do I update my information?
Select the “My Information” option on the left-hand side of your screen after you have logged in. If this information is not correct, select the “Edit Information” tab at the top of the screen. Once you have updated the desired information, click the “Save” button atthe bottom of your screen.

How do I register to use the website?
Click "Login" on the left-hand side of your screen. If you are not a current AAO member or vendor, you will need to register as a new user by selecting "New Visitor Registration." After you enter your email address, the system will verify you as a new registrant, and you will be prompted to submit your information (name, address, etc.). Once complete, select “Create Account” at the bottom of the screen. Please note that registering as a user for the AAO website is not the equivalent of becoming an Academy member.

How do I register for a course?
Log in and select “Online Store” from the main menu on the left-hand side of your screen. To browse upcoming courses, select the “Event” option in the "Shop for" dropdown list, and click on the “Go” button. Click on "View Event Details" to learn more about any event, or click on the course title to register. After you register, you must add the event to your shopping cart to purchase it. Complete your purchase using Visa, MasterCard or Discover. You will receive an email confirmation of your purchase.

How do I purchase a book?
Log in and select “Online Store” from the main menu on the left-hand side of your screen. To browse available merchandise, select "Merchandise" in the "Shop for" dropdown list, and click on the "Go" button. Add items to your cart and follow the checkout prompts. You will receive an email confirmation of your purchase. Alternatively, you may return the completed Book Order Form to lgood@academyofosteopathy.org.

How do I subscribe to the AAO Journal?
Log in and select “Online Store” from the main menu on the left-hand side of your screen. Select "Subscription" in the "Shop for" dropdown list. Click on The American Academy of Osteopathy Journal, add it to your cart and complete your online purchase. You will receive an email confirmation of your purchase.

How do I renew my membership?
Login using the preferred email address we have on record. If you have visited our website previously and already have a password, use that password. New users are assigned Password1 (case sensitive) for an intitial password. New users will be prompted to change this password once logged in.
1.  Click on "My Account," "My Transactions" and "Pay Open Orders".
2.  Click in the box by your Name and Click "Next".
3.  Enter all required information in the payment screen. Cardholder's name and address must be associated with credit/debit card.
4.  Choose "Next" and click "Submit payment".
5.  You will receive a confirmation email at your preferred email address.
