Registration Notes

• Continuing Medical Education (CME) Credit Fee - a fee of $50 applies to those claiming CME. You must add this "session" if you plan to claim CME for the 2015 Annual Meeting and/or Master Educator.
• In addition to the fees outlined below, be sure to review the information listed under "sessions" for AAP Annual Meeting Extras, including lunches, Master Educator Program, and consultations.
• Attending the Annual Meeting AND Master Educator program - if you plan to attend the Annual Meeting, please select the Master Educator “session” as you complete the registration process.

• Attending ONLY the Master Educator program- if you plan to ONLY attend the Master Educator program, you will need to register for the Annual Meeting by selecting the “Master Educator Only” registration fee during the registration process and then select the Master Educator “session” as an option.

• Institutional Members are the two designated faculty members from an AAP Institutional Membership or two designated registrants if one of the designated members is unable to join.  Please contact Lisa at lhedrick@academicpsychiatry.org if you have any questions regarding membership status.
• Trainees (Non-members must submit to the AAP Executive Office a statement on letterhead from his/her director or department head regarding trainee status)
• One-day registration DOES NOT include the Night Out activity.  To attend, you must purchase a guest pass available by adding a guest registration as you register.  Contact Lisa Hedrick at lhedrick@academicpsychiatry.org with any questions.
• Psychiatry Department Chairs - if you plan to attend Friday afternoon-Saturday morning only, please choose the "psychiatry dept chair" registration category when registering.  If you plan to attend the full meeting, you must select one of the full registration categories listed.  If you plan to claim CME for any sessions you attended, you must also pay the CME fee by selecting the extra option: CME "session".
• Guest Registration - "Guest" refers to a friend or spouse who is non-industry related and only intends to attend the Welcome Reception and Night Out. If a friend or spouse would like to attend any educational sessions and/or breakfasts and breaks, he/she must pay full registration for the meeting. Guest registration fee ONLY includes Welcome Reception and Night Out. All Guests must register in order to attend the Night Out activity.

Cancellations and Refunds

Requests for cancellation of your meeting registration must be made in writing to the AAP Executive Office and postmarked by Monday, August 16, 2015. The cancellation fee is $50. Refunds will be made in the same method as payment received. No refunds are issued after this date and for conference no-shows.
