If you answered yes to any of the questions above, join us to learn about Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) and Affirmative Action (AA) obligations of all Federal Contractors and Federally Assisted Contractors.  What you don’t know can cause problems for your organization when it comes to compliance – come learn from the source!

  • OFCCP – The agency, compliance evaluations, …and INVESTIGATIONS

      10:00 a.m. to Noon

  • Constructing and maintaining an effective Affirmative Action Program (AAP)
  • Record retention, maintenance, and Federal filing requirements
  • Outreach and recruitment
  • Updates to EEO/AA regulations with respect to Protected Veterans and Individuals with Disabilities

If you’re unsure how to answer the questions above – join us for the first hour and become informed.  If you know you’re a Federal Contractor, stay for the remainder of the workshop for comprehensive and interactive technical assistance.  This is an introductory event and no previous level of experience or knowledge is necessary.
