Finance Committee

Committee Description

It shall be the duty of the Finance Committee to prepare an initial budget for the fiscal year and to submit it to the board of directors at its annual meeting. The Finance Committee shall review the budget throughout the year and may from time to time submit amendments to the budget for the current fiscal year and reports to the board.

The committee meets as needed.
