NCBDC Nominating Committee

The NCBDC Nominating Committee is charged with soliciting nominations for all vacant,
voting Council positions. Members of the NCBDC Nominating Committee will serve one-year
terms and may be reappointed for additional terms.

All members of the NCBDC Nominating Committee will be Council members in good standing
and affiliates of the Institute.

No member of the NCBDC Nominating Committee may be currently serving on the AIBD
Board of Directors. 

The committee meets as needed.
