Description
This CMTE will provide participants with an array of musical resources, accessible experiences in clinical improvisation, and practical techniques in the flexible use of clinical compositions. Excerpts will illustrate the use of musical interventions with the many populations served at the Nordoff-Robbins Center for Music Therapy in New York City. (The CMTE serves as an experiential companion to the new self-study CMTE course “Introduction to Nordoff-Robbins Music Therapy,” TBA)
