Refund Policy
All refund requests must be in writing and received no later than August 20, 2018.  There will be NO refunds after August 20, 2018. There will be a 25% processing fee withheld from all refunds BEFORE the refund deadline.

Pricing
Registration pricing is based on the payment date. If you are requesting payment from your university or institution be sure to submit pricing based on when the registration will be paid. Requests for invoices will be processed at the on-site price with information on the discounts for early-bird and pre-registration. Requests for invoices are to be submitted to membership@asalh.org. Please include a phone number in the event more information is needed.

Full Conference Packages
A discount for purchasing the full conference package provides an easy way to participate in all meal functions. Please selet either the Wednesday or Thursday Tour package or the package with no tour.
