Verify Status/ New Registration

To start a new visitor registration or to verify your status, please enter your e-mail address below. Your e-mail address will be your login ID.

If you have an account under an email address you can no longer access, such as if you have recently moved to a new institution, please do not create a new account. Write to aseees@pitt.edu and ask to have the address on your existing account changed so that you can log in. If you are uncertain if an account already exists for you, please ask first; we will be happy to check for you.

February 11, 2020 - Due to a system update, some members are receiving an error message stating, "Invalid Customer ID, please click on Add or clear the form and try again" when they click Create Account. If this occurs, you can send a membership form to aseees@pitt.edu and we will create your profile. We are working to resolve this issue as soon as possible.

UPDATE 2/14/2020 - The registration process appears to be working again. If the registration does not work please follow the previous procedure of sending a membership form to aseees@pitt.edu.
