There's A Better Way: Alternative Dispute Resolution
In the State of New Jersey, Alternative Dispute Resolution is required for community associations. So how does it work?
This program will provide an overview of what mediation is and how it is generally run. Attendees will learn about the process, view short videos that show how mediation works, and view and discuss two mock mediations - one dealing with a dispute between two homeowners and one dealing with a dispute between a homeowner and the association.
