CAI's Pennsylvania Legislative Action Committee presents our annual Legal & Legislative Symposium.
Each year, cases involving various aspects of community association law work their way through our state and federal courts. The resulting decisions often have a far-reaching impact on and serious consequences for planned communities and condominium associations.
Experienced attorneys and members of CAI’s Pennsylvania Legislative Action Committee will lead an interactive program, focused on the latest judicial decisions, new and pending legislation and emerging trends affecting condominium and homeowners associations in today's marketplace. This year’s Legal Symposium will provide you with a unique learning opportunity to identify and discuss such emerging trends and legal issues so that you can effectively keep up with the evolving community association field.
This program is designed for attorneys, property managers, insurers, board members and other practitioners who need to be “in the know” in the community association arena today.
Symposium Registration opens at 3:30 PM.
